TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: November 1, 2023

Company Name: Slumber Riches LLC

By submitting payment, you (“Client”) are entering into a legally binding agreement with Slumber Riches LLC (“Company”) and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY

All payments made toward coaching programs, courses, digital products, or services are non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Full payments
• Deposits
• Payment plans or installment agreements

You understand and agree that by submitting payment, you are committing to the full financial obligation, regardless of your level of participation, engagement, or completion.

2. PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

• Cancelling a card or payment method does not cancel your obligation.
• You authorize Slumber Riches LLC to charge the card on file on the designated due dates.
• Failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days, or your access may be paused and a collections process may begin.

3. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and submitting payment, you waive any rights to dispute charges with your bank or credit card provider for services that have been delivered.

Chargebacks filed after accepting these terms will be considered fraudulent and a breach of contract.

If a chargeback is initiated, Slumber Riches LLC reserves the right to:

• Provide Stripe with full evidence of your agreement to these terms
• Terminate access to all program materials, services, or future offers
• Pursue legal action and/or submit your account to collections for the full balance

4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & STRIPE COMPLIANCE

You acknowledge that:

• Stripe collects metadata at checkout (IP address, timestamp, browser info, and location data) to confirm your digital consent
• You clicked a required checkbox agreeing to these Terms of Service
• Slumber Riches LLC maintains digital records of your consent and transaction
• Stripe is authorized to act as our secure payment processor and may store your card on file for future scheduled charges

In the event of a dispute, the following will be submitted to Stripe as evidence:

• These Terms of Service and your digital agreement
• Your checkout timestamp and IP address
• Login records or access logs from our client portal
• Screenshots or email records confirming delivery of services or communications

5. PROGRAM DELIVERY & ACCESS

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive access credentials and onboarding information via email
• It is your responsibility to check your spam/junk folders or contact support if access is not received within 24 hours
• Access to coaching programs, digital materials, calls, or bonus content begins upon receipt and is considered delivered, regardless of usage

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & LEGAL NOTICE

By submitting payment, you confirm the following:

• I have read and agree to these Terms of Service
• I understand this is a legally binding contract
• I understand all payments are non-refundable
• I waive my right to file a chargeback for services rendered
